Cait began dancing at the age of 3 and grew up in the competitive dance world. She has over 18 years of experience in jazz, lyrical, tap, ballet, and hip-hop, and has continued to dance competitively throughout her career.

She graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and earned her Master’s degree in 2014. She has taught dancers ages 2–18 in a variety of styles and enjoys helping them grow into strong, confident, and well-rounded dancers.

Her teaching philosophy focuses on building strong technical foundations while fostering self-esteem, creativity, and a love for performing. She is thrilled to be part of the Dance West team and looks forward to sharing her passion for dance and inspiring students each week!
